02. Payment Types:

 

Cash on Delivery or COD means the price can be paid in cash at the time of delivery (only for delivery in Dhaka). Payment can be done through bKash and Rocket. Cards like Visa, Mastercard h-100 or DBBL Nexus card h-100 can be used in the payment process.

 

03. Delivery:

Ordered products are delivered by courier under the supervision of PC Care & Engineering Limited. Only in the case of Dhaka, the goods are delivered to the address of the recipient. To other districts outside, the recipient will be able to receive his/her product from the following pickup points given below. In addition to these pickup points, we also ship goods to 64 districts by courier.

 

04. Delivery Time:

In the case of regular delivery, the product is delivered within 1 to 4 working days after the order. In addition, if you want to take express delivery in the Dhaka metropolitan area, the goods are delivered within 24 hours after the order. For express delivery, a charge is applicable. In addition, the goods are delivered to the courier points in 64 districts and also to the addresses mentioned below (pickup points) within 1 to 4 working days of the order. The delivery time may be a bit longer due to traffic problems.

Note that in the case of 'Pre-order' and 'Upcoming' products, the product is delivered within the time specified on the website.

05. Delivery Charge:

Delivery charge is completely free for all regular home deliveries. In the case of express delivery and courier, the delivery charge will be added according to the courier point.

06. After Sales Service:
